Welcome

I take people places. Around the world, into their own bioregion, and deeper into themselves.

There's a kind of learning that happens in community. In wild places. In the moment a person realizes they belong to something larger than themselves - and starts to act like it.
That's the work I've been doing for over two decades.
I'm a Community Educator, Ecological Practitioner, and Experience Designer based in West Michigan. I develop programs, convene communities, and design experiences that build the kind of awareness, connection, and commitment our world actually needs right now.

The Work

My work sits at the intersection of community education, ecological literacy, and human development. I've partnered with schools, organizations, and communities across Michigan and beyond to design programs that don't just inform people - they change how we show up in the world.
Curriculum and program development grounded in real place. Facilitation that brings people into genuine relationship with each other and with the land they live on. Creating experiences - gatherings, immersive retreats, community events - that leave people with more capacity, more connection, and more willingness to act.
As a Master Naturalist and trained Eco-Minister, I bring both scientific grounding and a deep reverence for the living world to everything I do. My work is rooted here - in the Great Lakes, in Michigan's forests and watersheds, in the communities I call home.

An Invitation

Whether you lead an organization, work in education, or simply feel the pull toward a more intentional and connected life — this work is for you.
The questions I center are ones our communities are asking right now: How do we build belonging in an age of disconnection? How do we cultivate leaders who understand their responsibility to place, to community, to the next generation? How do we live — together — in more loving and sustainable relationship with the world we share?
